Every review is moderated before publication and the numeric score appears only after the minimum threshold is reached.
Why small samples are adjusted
One rating cannot make or destroy a reputation
We use Bayesian adjustment with a starting average of 3.5 and a prior weight of five reviews. As approved reviews grow, actual experiences progressively carry more weight.

External ratings never enter the Zdravo rating
Where a verified data-provider connection exists, its rating is attributed and linked separately. Third-party review text is not copied and the score is never silently merged with Zdravo BiH reviews.

Published guides are indexed when their sources are clearly identified. Every guide states that it provides general information and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an individual examination.
