University Clinical Centre Tuzla announced that contracts were signed on 1 October 2026 for six digital X-ray units: two stationary and four mobile systems. The total procurement value is BAM 3,288,261.60 including VAT.
Under the institution's deployment plan, the stationary units will be installed at the Gradina site and the Clinic for Pulmonary Diseases. The mobile systems are intended for the clinics of cardiac surgery, anaesthesiology and resuscitation, internal medicine and paediatrics.
UKC Tuzla says the equipment should support faster and more precise diagnostics, broader radiology digitalisation and lower radiation exposure. Signing the contracts does not mean the units are already available to patients; the institution should be contacted for confirmed service-start and appointment information.
