University Clinical Hospital Mostar, its Centre for Transfusion Medicine, the University of Mostar School of Medicine and the Medical Chamber of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton organised the Days of Transplantation Medicine in Bosnia and Herzegovina on 25 and 26 September 2026.
